Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

To return your order, simply click the “Return an Order” link and follow the prompts.

If you require an exchange, please clearly mention the item name and size you wish to exchange for when submitting your return request.

Once submitted, you will receive a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. This code will be used for verification when the courier delivers your new item (correct size/style) and collects the original item, subject to inspection of its condition.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a “Return an Order” request.
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer an exchange.

Refunds are processed according to the Refund Policy below and may be requested up to 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging

Please try on shoes on a soft surface. Any footwear returned with damaged, scratched, or marked soles will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges

We are proud to offer FREE return shipping within the GCC.

If you are exchanging sandals or slippers for a different size, color, or style, we will also cover the shipping cost of the replacement pair sent to you.

Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased at a discount during a Sale event are eligible for exchange only (no refunds).
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Items purchased during a promotional discount period can only be exchanged for an item of equal value.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on all full-priced items.

  • If you exchange for an item of the same or lower value, the difference will be credited accordingly.
  • If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, please contact our team at info@markiaa.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email once your request has been processed.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Final sale items
  • Items purchased during promotional sales events
  • Sale items

Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for currency fluctuations when refunds are issued to cards denominated in currencies other than US Dollars.
  • We do not refund any bank charges applied to your account.

If a return is completed beyond 14 days (only if previously permitted by Markiaa staff), or if the item was never delivered, you will be credited the remaining amount in the form of a Markiaa Gift Card.

Please note: Items purchased using Gift Cards are considered Final Sale items and are subject to the Terms & Conditions of this Refund and Return Policy.

If you have not received your refund within 10 working days after processing, please contact your bank or credit card provider directly.

Faulty or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if you have received a faulty or defective item.

Please contact our support team with:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Your order number

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Faulty or defective items are covered under our product warranty, which does not include regular wear and tear.
